1 cup of gram flour or chickpea flour
¼ finely chopped onions
¼ finely chopped tomatoes
¼ finely chopped coriander leaves
½ cup of ginger
½ cup of green chilies
2 to 3 pinches of turmeric powder
½ tbsp of carom seeds
¼ tbsp. of chili powder
Salt
- Take gram flour or chickpea flour and pour it into a bowl
- Then add onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, ginger, and green chilies
- Then add the spices turmeric powder, carom seeds, chili powder, and salt as required
- Now add half a cup of water and combine all the ingredients well
- Even you can add additional water depending on the quality and texture of the besan mixture
- Now, take a pan and place it in low to medium heat

½ cup potatoes

1 tbsp of green chilies
1 tbsp of lemon juice

- Before using the poha, wash it well and never soak it too long in the water. Then completely drain the water
- Take a pan and oil, then add asafetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions, and whole red chilies

1 cup wheat flour
1 diced onion

- Take the wheat flour in a bowl and mix it well by adding the required amount of water. Knead a smooth and fine dough and keep it aside for 20 minutes

3 cups of water

1 finely chopped onion
Vegetables required
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp of red chili powder
½ tbsp. of turmeric powder
½ tbsp. of cumin powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp coriander leaves
- In a cooker, add oil and cumin seeds
